Our Taste Makers

To make award winning vermouth & cocktails this good, we sought out unique experts with exceptional palates to help us deliver our dream..

Introducing ….. Camille Hobby Limon & Steven Edwards & Carmen O’Neal : Our Taste Makers

Camille Hobby Limon

Camille is one of those people who seems to always be living through seminal moments… A Sheffield teenager sneaking into her French father’s wine bar to oogle 80’s popstars, working the counter at Reckless Records in its heyday, and working the floor in one of London’s first gastropubs at the height of Farringdon’s most irresponsible days.

All before taking over a run-down boozer with hubby Hobby and turning into a legendary destination (whilst incidentally winning ‘pub personality of the year’ in the process) Then latterly co-founding the Bar with No Name, the world beating bar that redefined cocktails and ushered in cocktail’s second golden age. Plus not forgetting being a part of the founding team that won Best Hotel Bar with Zetter Townhouse bar

Too much to take in ? Simply picture a woman that loves pints of Guinness and Reverse Martinis with equal measure.

Steven Edwards

Creator of our No.3 S.E. Dry Vermouth, Steven Edwards trained with some of the UK’s leading chefs including Raymond Blanc, Andrew McNaughton & Chris Wheeler and is best known for winning MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013, aged just 27. He is now Chef Patron of both Bingham House in Richmond and Etch in Hove.

He says of his No 3 S. E. Dry, 'I really enjoyed creating this vermouth and went about the challenge like a dish I would serve in one of my restaurants. I wanted the vermouth to give a real taste of Britain as well as being crisp and refreshing. The flavour combination of apple with gooseberry is a winner for me.'
